I made reservation and I receive mail with booking reference. When I reach the hotel she told me sorry we are full booked. Suddenly 1guy come and ask me to leave .and he insulted me in Italian my husband Italian so directly he called the police.

We had a triple room just off of the court yard, the room was a good size the beds are comfortable, the shower has a good pressure and is nice and hot. Reception staff were friendly and polite (we only spoke to them on check in and out). The towels are a good size and fluffy. The bad parts, the pillows are terrible definitely need more then one. The shower head pipe sprays everywhere (there must be a break in the pipe where it connects to the shower head). The bathroom has a terrible smell that comes from it. The worst part however was the work that was being done in another room, we were woke at 7.30am with hammering and drilling this ruined our stay. The walls are thin and you can hear people in the other rooms, I would have given the Spice hotel a better score had it not been for the work that was going.

Worst service ever. Treated us as if they were doing a favour. We had a leak at our roof. We asked to change our room for one without leakage. Even though it’s off-season and we could clearly see that the hotel was not full booked, they refused to change our room and all they did was put a bucket underneath the leakage.

A warm city hotel very Close to central station. Very convenient for transportation. Next to a fine restaurant Staff very helpful Rooms are clean and warm Breakfast just ok not a large variety of choices ...i loved the croissants though

Nice hotel with new, modern, spacious room and great service. Very near to Milano Centrale Station and 2 metro stations. Very nice of hotel staff Laura in helping me check and interpreat mobile service provider iliad's Italian instructions on modifying my monthly iliad data subscription payment to manual payment, so that my YouTrip debit account won't be automatically charged with the monthly iliad data subscription fees after we are back to our country. Though Laura also didn't know how to go about doing this because she is not a subscriber of iliad, she patiently listened to my requests and she checked with another staff, as well as she checked online. Finally, she understood how to do that and she helped me do it. Thanks so much, Laura! Without getting this done, I'll be having lots of issues with my YouTrip debit account getting deductions monthly and I'll have difficulty understanding the instructions on Italian back home.
